Plan. Build. Protect.

The WealthProtector portion of the WealthPlan process is designed to protect families and individuals from all aspects of financial risk: decrease in asset value, loss of buying power, market risk, excess taxation, expensive insurance premiums, and sometimes just as important, the risk of themselves.

The process is designed primarily for those who are five to ten years away from retirement or who have already entered retirement. We understand that these years are the most important years and we strive to provide these individuals with the benefits of a financial advocate and Personal CFO.

To enhance our clients' overall financial picture while providing coordinated, efficient reviews, annually we provide Wealth Reviews. A Wealth Review consists of a scheduled comprehensive review to review the client's entire financial life, coordinated by Boardman Wealth Planning. Prior to the annual review, Boardman Wealth Planning will contact each client's tax planner, estate planner, insurance agent, and any other appropriate persons to coordinate an implementable plan congruent with all their professionals' recommendations. After the meeting, a follow up review is scheduled to assess any recommendations made during the engagement.

In this stage of one's financial life, we work tirelessly to focus on those aspects most pressing in retirees and soon-to-be retirees life: providing income during retirement, maintaining consistent buying power through a fluctuating inflation environment, estate planning and liquidity needs, insurance needs analysis, risk management, and Monte Carlo testing.
